The Mega Projects Estimator for Water/Wastewater treatment plants will develop detailed quantity takeoffs for complex projects, supporting traditional bids and design-build with early material and cost insights. This role collaborates with sales, engineering, and design teams to guide project development, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater or critical infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to produce detailed material quantity takeoffs from plans.
Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems.
Experience with design-build and value engineering preferred.
Experience mentoring estimators is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review construction plans and specs to determine project requirements.
Produce accurate material quantity takeoffs for critical infrastructure facilities.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and design teams to support bid strategies.
Assist in scope definition and timely delivery of customer quotations.
Lead training and mentorship for estimating staff when needed.
