Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater or critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to produce detailed material quantity takeoffs from plans.
• Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Experience with design-build and value engineering preferred.
• Experience mentoring estimators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and specs to determine project requirements.
• Produce accurate material quantity takeoffs for critical infrastructure facilities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and design teams to support bid strategies.
• Assist in scope definition and timely delivery of customer quotations.
• Lead training and mentorship for estimating staff when needed.
