Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience in water/wastewater or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience performing detailed material quantity takeoffs from construction plans.
• Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Reviews construction plans, drawings, and specs to determine project requirements.
• Produces detailed material quantity takeoffs for critical infrastructure facilities and systems.
• Identifies materials and specialty components to meet design criteria.
• Participates in design-build projects evaluating material early and late design stages.
• Collaborates with sales to develop competitive bid strategies and ensure timely quotations.
• Leads scope meetings with contractors to confirm alignment with project needs.
• Mentors estimating personnel and provides ongoing training.
