Job summary

Fortive seeks a Senior MedTech Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across MedTech roles including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and Operations. You will leverage sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to attract niche talent and advise business leaders on workforce planning within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years recruiting within the MedTech, medical device, life sciences, or healthcare technology sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact searches for technical and regulated roles.
• Strong understanding of MedTech areas (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing).
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (FDA, ISO) and impact on hiring.
• Expertise in modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry platforms, AI tools).
• Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to MedTech product development and business priorities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and Operations.
• Develop understanding of MedTech lifecycles and regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO).
• Design targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche MedTech talent.
• Lead structured screening and interview processes assessing technical and regulatory knowledge.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Build pipelines for critical MedTech roles tied to product development and regulatory milestones.
• Promote Fortive’s employer value proposition within MedTech talent communities.
• Leverage data/market intelligence to refine strategies and track metrics.
• Advise senior leaders on talent supply/demand and compensation trends.
