Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field sales professional to grow the business in an assigned territory. You will promote, sell and service Venous Disease products and drive therapy adoption across hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.

The role requires developing new accounts, training medical staff, and maintaining ethical territory management, planning, and expense control. Occasional travel and a focus on sales excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of sales or related experience, or an equivalent combo.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with related experience may apply.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and exceed sales targets and account development in assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities, engage physicians and staff, and drive therapy adoption.
• Educate customers on products and procedures and manage expenses.
