Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative to drive CardioVascular Surgery Therapies in an assigned U.S. territory, achieving quarterly revenue and unit goals with a patient-centric, collaborative approach.

The role requires extensive medical device sales experience, ability to forecast, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with senior-level market knowledge and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years experience in medical device or related sales roles.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience selling to surgeons or in Cardiac operating room is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to promote CardioVascular Surgery Therapies to existing and new customers.
• Develop quarterly strategic sales plans to achieve goals.
• Create forecasts with customer commitments to measure success.
• Identify and close new and existing customers per plan.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and provide feedback to R&D/Operations/Marketing.
