Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Chicago is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to support surgeons in North Chicago, IL and surrounding suburbs. You will develop and execute sales plans, build access with key surgeons and provide post-sale support to ensure proper product utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus years of professional experience.
• Willingness to travel, valid US driver’s license, ability to work in lab/OR environments.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify surgeons and accounts and develop plans to grow sales.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales goals using approved resources.
• Drive product sales across assigned products and territories.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Provide support during surgical cases and ensure proper product usage.
• Maintain promotional materials and respond to competitive threats.
• Promote new products and implement balanced sales mix in territory.
