Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive relationships with surgeons and accounts in the North Chicago, IL territory. You will convert prospects, grow territory sales, and collaborate with OR teams to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in professional/skilled sales or related field.

Mansioni

• Identify and qualify surgeons and accounts in the territory.
• Develop and implement plans to grow sales and achieve quotas.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Provide post-sale support and education to customers.
• Maintain sales materials and equipment per company policy.
