Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vision is recruiting for a Sr. Field Specialist to cover Eastern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

This field-based role installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment, acting as a primary resource for stakeholders and delivering regular service reports. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of technical service experience with medical devices and can perform on-site maintenance to factory specifications.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred in Electronics, Biomedical, Optical or Mechanical fields.
• At least 4 years of experience providing technical service for medical device equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment at customer sites.
• Acts as primary resource for stakeholders with frequent status updates and service reports.
• Operate to factory specifications and complete on-site installation, maintenance, and tests.
• Identify problems and recommend resolutions for existing products and procedures.
• Analyze service data to schedule proactive and reactive service.
• Maintain calibrated test equipment and manage trunk inventory.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Document field service activities and contribute to process improvements.
