Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Field Specialist to cover Eastern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. This field-based role installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment, supporting the sales team and customers.

The candidate will act as a primary resource for stakeholders, provide updates, and ensure work meets factory specifications. A technical background and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical) or equivalent military experience.
• At least 4 years experience providing technical service for medical device equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair medical device equipment at external facilities to support sales and customers.
• Serve as primary resource for stakeholders and provide frequent status updates.
• Complete on-site installation, maintenance and test activities to factory specs; perform related duties.
• Identify problems and recommend resolutions for existing products/procedures.
• Analyze service data to schedule proactive and reactive service; collaborate with colleagues for knowledge transfer.
