Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Account Manager to cover the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Seattle. The territory includes WA, OR, ID, NV, with up to 75% travel.

You will lead end-to-end program development and clinical success for Auris Surgical Robotics Technologies. In this field-based role you will conduct product demonstrations, educate surgeons and staff, drive utilization, and build strategic plans with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (overnight).
• Work in hospital/ASC settings with protective gear as required.
• Autonomous, proactive, and organized in a matrix team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve geographical sales targets.
• Maintain strategic territory plan and provide forecasts to management.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical discussions for Auris Surgical Robotics.
• Drive referral education, post-sales installation, and adoption activities.
• Support customers in clinical adoption and ensure satisfaction and utilization.
