Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Insurance Product Manager to own regional Medicare Advantage portfolios, guiding CMS filings, benefit configurations and member content.

You will lead product execution across the annual lifecycle and coordinate with actuarial, finance, compliance, network and operations teams to ensure accuracy and readiness. You will serve as the primary Product Management contact for assigned markets, translating strategy into practical requirements and escalating risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading regulated product deliverables and filings.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own regional Medicare Advantage portfolios across lifecycle.
• Lead CMS filings, bid development and member materials.
