Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a senior leader to head a team of Insurance Product Managers delivering critical quality, validation, testing and delivery support across regional Medicare Advantage portfolios.

You'll translate priorities into workplans, allocate resources, monitor delivery, and partner with Senior Product Managers to ensure CMS filings, member materials and systems reflect product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance Product Managers, establishing clear performance expectations and development goals.
• Deliver a shared-service model with consistent product quality, validation and delivery support across regional Medicare Advantage portfolio teams.
• Coordinate capacity and priorities across portfolio needs, balancing regulatory, implementation and business issues.
• Oversee validation and testing activities, CMS filings, and readiness for product delivery.
• Establish and reinforce team standards for ANOCs, EOCs, SBs, Aprimo, Provider Directories and related deliverables.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and issue resolution.
