Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of Insurance Product Managers responsible for Medicare Advantage portfolios.

The role focuses on creating structure, developing talent, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, compliant product readiness across CMS filings and member materials. You will translate priorities into workplans, allocate resources, monitor delivery, and partner with Senior Product Managers to ensure accurate downstream deliverables and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Insurance Product Managers.
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage product lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate portfolio priorities into clear team objectives and work plans.
• Proven ability to manage resources across bid development, CMS filings and regulatory deliverables.
• Excellent collaboration with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Insurance Product Managers, establishing performance expectations and development goals.
• Translate portfolio priorities into team objectives, work assignments and delivery expectations.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across bid development, CMS filings, AEP readiness and implementation.
• Monitor workloads and rebalance assignments as priorities change.
• Provide coaching to strengthen product knowledge, judgment and quality orientation.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable environment linking work to regional outcomes.
