Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Manager to own regional Medicare Advantage portfolios, shaping strategy, CMS filings and member materials.

You will lead product execution across the annual lifecycle and collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Network, Compliance and Marketing to ensure alignment across filings and systems. You will serve as the primary PM contact for assigned markets, translate strategy into clear requirements, manage risks, and drive timely, compliant delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare/product management/strategy experience.
• Experience leading regulated product deliverables and filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Management for assigned regional Medicare Advantage portfolios across the lifecycle.
• Translate strategies into product requirements, deliverables and execution priorities.
• Coordinate CMS submissions, data validation and plan benefits.
• Maintain records of decisions, owners and follow-up actions.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to meet CMS deadlines.
