Humana, Inc. in Topeka, KS seeks a proven Insurance Product Manager leader to guide a team delivering quality, validation, testing and regulatory-ready Medicare Advantage products. You will translate priorities into workplans, allocate resources, monitor delivery, and ensure CMS filings and member materials reflect decisions.

You will lead a hands-on team, develop talent, and build a culture of quality and accountability to ensure products are accurate, compliant and ready for market.

• Lead a team of Insurance Product Managers, establishing clear performance expectations and development goals.
• Translate portfolio priorities into team objectives, assignments and delivery expectations.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across bid development, CMS filings, AEP readiness, implementation, validation and regulatory deliverables.
• Monitor workloads and rebalance assignments as priorities change.
• Provide regular coaching and actionable feedback to strengthen product knowledge and quality orientation.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable environment aligning work with regional portfolio and member outcomes.
• Oversee shared-service delivery for Medicare Advantage portfolios across regions – quality, validation and delivery.
• Coordinate workflows and handoffs between the shared-services team and Senior Product Managers.
• Identify recurring needs and create standardized tools and practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain visibility into capacity, priorities, delivery status and risks for effective planning.
• Oversee regulatory readiness by ensuring documentation and controls are complete and current.
• Drive improvements in accuracy, cycle time, capacity and productivity through data-driven insights.
• Lead through change to keep teams engaged during shifting priorities.
• Communicate delivery updates clearly to Product leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Establish structure and accountability during periods of ambiguity or rapid change.
