Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health plan, product management or related fields.
• Experience leading regulated product deliverables with multiple partners.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own regional Medicare Advantage portfolios across lifecycle.
• Lead bid filings and execution with CMS submissions and approvals.
• Ensure accuracy of filing data, plan details and member materials.
• Own product content including Annual Notice of Change and EOC materials.
• Provide product oversight of provider directory configuration.
• Lead market partnerships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Support portfolio strategy and decision readiness throughout cycles.
• Prepare for Annual Enrollment Period readiness and questions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records of decisions, owners and next steps.
