Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Manager to own regional Medicare Advantage portfolios. You will connect market strategy to CMS bid filings, member materials and operational implementation, leading product execution across the annual lifecycle.

You will work with Actuarial, Finance, Compliance, Network, Operations and Marketing to ensure approved decisions are reflected in filings, materials and systems. A collaborative, detail‑driven leader is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare, health plan, product management, strategy, operations or related experience.
• Experience leading regulated product deliverables and filings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deliverables with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience evaluating product changes and providing clear recommendations.
• Ability to organize work and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Management execution across the annual Medicare Advantage bid cycle for assigned portfolios.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Compliance, Network, Operations and other functions to translate direction into CMS submissions.
• Manage workplans, milestones, dependencies and roles for filing activities.
• Coordinate data validation of Plan Benefit Package data, service areas and plan characteristics.
• Ensure filings reflect approved product decisions and are updated across documents and systems.
• Monitor CMS deadlines, identify risks, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain visibility into filing status and decisions; document lessons learned.
