Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare, health plan, product management, strategy, operations or related experience.
• Experience leading regulated product deliverables, filings or implementations with multiple partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deliverables with firm deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience evaluating product, benefit or operational issues and developing clear recommendations.
• Ability to independently organize work, establish priorities and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to dependencies, risks and impacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive cross-functional follow-through without formal authority.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and related digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work extended hours and occasional weekends during critical delivery periods.
