The role includes supervising daily workflows, mentoring staff, maintaining LIS, and supporting accreditation readiness. A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology and 3–5 years of MT experience, with leadership, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• 3–5 years of MT experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Leadership, training, or quality management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor QA/QC, proficiency testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff training, mentoring, and competency assessments.
• Maintain LIS and assist with phlebotomy as needed.
