Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of Medical Technologist experience in a clinical laboratory.
• State license where applicable; leadership/quality exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee moderate and high-complexity lab tests.
• Manage workflow, supplies, and staffing for efficient operations.
• Monitor QC and ensure timely proficiency testing.
• Conduct staff competency assessments and provide training.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment per guidelines.
• Support accreditation readiness and LIS data management.
