Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting required.
• Leadership, training, or quality management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate moderate to high-complexity tests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise daily lab operations including workflow, supply inventory, and staffing.
• Monitor quality control and proficiency testing; resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct staff competency assessments and ongoing training.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure safety, PPE use, and regulatory readiness for inspections.
