Responsibilities

• Supervise MSAs and lead a team of administrative staff.
• Provide administrative and supervisory duties to subordinate staff including workload assignments and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure quality care and policy compliance.
• Provide briefings, orientations, and staff development within a patient-support setting.
• Manage fiscal matters and forecast resources and equipment needs.
