Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule complex services (e.g., surgery, procedures) accurately.
• Act as liaison between patient, facility, and physicians to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Pre-register patients for pre-certification and insurance verification as needed.
• Provide training and mentoring to less experienced staff.
