Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all medical provider and resident scheduling; coordinate residency program operations; manage educational rotations.
• Ensure efficient patient access through strategic schedule management.
• Create and maintain scheduling templates for medical providers.
• Coordinate with UMass Residency and health center leadership on schedule optimization.
• Enter and maintain data for scheduling in Epic EMR; generate reports and documentation.
