• Must possess strong organizational skills and prioritize/manage multiple tasks.

• Schedule and monitor daily schedules for medical providers, residents, and students.
• Create and maintain scheduling templates for medical providers.
• Coordinate residency program operations and rotations.
• Ensure patient access through optimized schedule management.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with UMass and affiliated entities.
• Enter and maintain data in Epic EMR.
• Prepare block calendars and schedule provider meetings.
• Communicate scheduling changes with departments.
