Job summary

Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is seeking a Scheduling Manager to optimize clinician scheduling across multiple sites, including residency programs. You will develop templates, oversee payroll and incentive reporting, and lead scheduling-related initiatives to improve access and efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare scheduling with 3+ years in leadership, experience with QGenda or EHR systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five to seven years in healthcare scheduling, operations, or access management.
• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with QGenda, EHR scheduling systems, or workforce platforms preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinician schedules across clinics, acute care, telehealth, and residency programs.
• Ensure timely schedule completion and adequate provider coverage.
• Review schedule changes and provider assignments; approve adjustments.
• Coordinate onboarding, leaves, and staffing changes affecting schedules.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and enforce scheduling policies.
