Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; logistics or business training required.
• Experience in logistics or administrative position.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, and monitor daily schedules for medical providers, residents, and students.
• Create and maintain scheduling templates in Epic EMR.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with UMass/affiliates to ensure coverage.
• Oversee residency program coordination and logistics, including rotations and teaching objectives.
• Coordinate teaching objectives, materials, and evaluations for residents and students.
• Enter and maintain scheduling data in Epic EMR and generate reports.
