Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Advanced Medical Support Assistant to join the Medical Care team in Indiana. This on-site role supports Primary Care by handling scheduling, demographic verification, and records processing for veterans and caregivers.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry, CMS/USPS compliant correspondence, and cross-training across administrative tasks to support the care team. Monday–Friday schedule; no telework option.

Qualifications

• Experience using VA scheduling tools or EHR systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for patient outreach and scheduling.
• Ability to verify demographics and insurance data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using VA systems and EHR, ensuring accuracy in CPRS.
• Update demographics and insurance information; process medical records from outside care.
• Assist with outreach, no-show tracking, and scheduling/canceling appointments per protocol.
