Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acera Senior Account Executive to advance relationships with surgeons and operating room teams, driving adoption of Restrata and related products through demonstrations, clinical support, and hands-on intraoperative participation.

You will manage a defined geographic territory, meet revenue targets, and develop territory business plans with a focus on education, forecasting, and inventory control, while traveling as required in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of medical device or medical field sales.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of medical device or medical field sales experience.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams while driving adoption of Restrata®, our flagship synthetic, resorbable biomaterial designed to support soft tissue healing and reinforcement, and related product lines, through case coverage, compliant product demonstrations and education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical procedures.
