Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales of Restrata and Acera products by partnering with surgeons and hospital teams in a remote Houston-based role.

You will build territory plans, forecast and report outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while traveling up to 90% as required.

A bachelor's degree and 5+ years medical device sales or equivalent experience are expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams while driving adoption of Restrata, our flagship product, through demonstrations and education.
• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with clinical education, customer engagement, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
