Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, deliver clinical product knowledge, and navigate the payer environment. The role promotes Amgen products, implements the marketing strategy, and achieves territory sales targets under the District Manager's leadership.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s or equivalent, with 3–6+ years in sales or clinical healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or business.
• 4 years of Sales experience (or 6 years with HS) preferred.
• Clinical healthcare experience acceptable for Senior role.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and assist payer navigation.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to meet sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage product access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and help develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain Amgen values.
