Job summary

ApotheCom, part of Inizio Medical, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead medical publications projects. You’ll coordinate across Scientific Services, Editorial, Meetings and Creative teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical communications, strong client-management and budget skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 USD with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in medical communications with a role in program management and/or client services.
• Experience working on publications projects.
• Experience working in iEnvision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project and Account Management: manage full lifecycle of projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Client Communication and Reporting: provide updates, meeting summaries, and status reports; assist with budgeting and scope.
• Operational Excellence: maintain project docs, lead meetings, coordinate reviews and approvals, ensure closeout of all elements.
