Job summary

ApotheCom, a leader in medical communications and part of Inizio, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Client Services team. You will drive publication projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with scientific, editorial, meetings, and creative/digital groups to meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget execution, proactive client communication, and rigorous project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years' experience in medical communications, with a focus on program management and/or client services.
• Experience working on publications projects in medical communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to reconciliation, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Coordinate between Scientific Services, Editorial, Meetings, and Creative/Digital teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
