Job summary

ApotheCom in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead medical communications and publications projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee planning, timelines, budgets and day-to-day execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and client communications to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of PM experience in medical communications, strong organizational and financial skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.

  • Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements.

About The Role

As a Program Manager at ApotheCom, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality medical communications and publications projects from start to finish. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
