The role focuses on licensing, compliance, payroll, accounts payable, and collaboration with leadership to drive financial performance and staff satisfaction, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with 5 years healthcare supervisory experience required (or 7+ years in lieu).
• Five (5) years healthcare supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office, EMR, medical and billing terminology, revenue cycle operations.
• Skills include multitasking, decision making, process improvement, project management, interpersonal, communication, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office and affiliated physician/practice staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards; maintain licenses/certifications and primary source validation.
• Oversee revenue cycle including billing, claims, and collections; manage payroll and accounts payable.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and staff satisfaction.
• Monitor department expenses and ensure financial metrics meet targets; promote service excellence.
