The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years healthcare supervision, 3-5 years in leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

You will manage budgets, revenue, and onboarding while upholding service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of degree, 5–7 years healthcare experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, EMR systems, medical and billing terminology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and service-excellence focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of assigned practice(s).
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licenses/certifications, and credentialing.
