Job summary

Northwest Physicians Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and staff credentials across assigned practices in Amarillo, TX. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing licensing/credentialing, and contributing to annual budgets and recruitment processes. A strong emphasis on service excellence and confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of degree, 5–7 years healthcare experience with at least two years in a supervisor capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and supervise assigned practice(s) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate licensing, credentialing, and regulatory requirements for staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize practice operations (CBO, marketing, quality, business development, finance, HR, leadership, facilities, vendors).
• Monitor departmental expenses, revenue cycle operations, and provider subsidies to meet budgets.
• Participate in annual operating and capital budgeting and recruitment/onboarding.
