Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in medical technology or field service engineering servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with customers and peers and perform administrative duties accurately.
• Proficient in using service tools and test equipment and in network applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CT imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely, effective repairs and training to operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financials including revenue, expenses, and inventory; maintain assets such as company car and tools.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers; complete necessary administrative duties accurately.
