Qualifications

• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; ability to work alone or in a team.
• Familiar with network applications and tools including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM tools.
• 5–7+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service CT imaging equipment in the Pittsburgh, PA area with supervision as needed.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance and inventory control.
• Maintain company assets including vehicle, devices, and parts; build customer relationships.
