Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer I - CT to service CT equipment in the Baltimore/DC metro area, performing installs, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You will train operators and help ensure high customer satisfaction while managing territory assets and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires hands-on technical ability, strong communication, and the flexibility to work M–F 8AM–5PM after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical training or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience servicing diagnostic instruments and medical imaging equipment.
• Ability to operate test equipment and tools to support repairs.

Responsibilities

• Service CT equipment in the Baltimore/DC metro area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance.
• Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage assets and maintain relationships with customers and peers.
