The role emphasizes customer training, timely repairs, and asset management with company-provided tools and vehicles. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of electro-mechanical or biomedical field service experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with test equipment and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma. Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applicable training preferred.
• Proficiency in use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches).
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Service CT equipment in the Baltimore/DC metro area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties.
