Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Washington, DC, is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer I to service CT equipment across the Baltimore/DC Metro area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on capital medical imaging systems with minimal supervision, ensuring peak performance and patient safety.

This role emphasizes customer relations, accurate admin duties, and carrying company assets such as a vehicle and tools. Onboarding leads to a M-F 8–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing capital medical imaging equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong documentation and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers CT equipment.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory finances through inventory management, time management and timely service call closure.
• Maintain company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers and perform administrative duties accurately.
• Service area – Baltimore / D.C. Metro Area.
