Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer I to service CT equipment in the Baltimore/DC Metro area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

You will deliver timely repairs, train operators, manage inventory and tools, and maintain strong customer relationships while handling administrative duties and shift work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree, military training, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with service test equipment and tools (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches).
• Ability to work independently and in a team; MS Office proficiency.
• 1+ years’ experience servicing electro-mechanical or medical diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CT equipment.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory assets, inventory, and timely service call closures.
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships and perform administrative duties.
