Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor with MD/DO degree and California license.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum five years of senior healthcare leadership in geriatrics or PACE/long-term care.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and quality-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PACE program medical services and clinical operations.
• Define and implement medical care standards and physician roles.
• Oversee quality improvement program and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic plans and budget.
• Recruit, credential, and supervise primary care physicians and NPs.
• Ensure patient safety, documentation accuracy, and data integrity.
