The role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care for a medically complex senior population. Key responsibilities include leading clinical quality and regulatory compliance, partnering with interdisciplinary teams, and guiding care model development and population health

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with board certification.
• Active California medical license required.
• Leadership experience in geriatrics, PACE, population health, or complex care programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize participant outcomes.
• Support physician and advanced practice clinician engagement and performance.
• Guide care model development, utilization management, and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational leaders on program strategy and growth.
• Represent PACE in regional and organizational leadership forums.
