West PACE in San Marcos, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead NPs and PAs within the PACE program. You’ll provide clinical leadership, supervision, and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality participant care and regulatory compliance.

You’ll mentor providers, coordinate with the Medical Director and IDT, manage performance, and help optimize workflows. A Master’s or Doctoral NP/PA credential, CA license, DEA, and BLS/CPR are required.

Formación

• Minimum five years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in adult chronic disease management or PCP role.
• Two years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with an interdisciplinary team (IDT).

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of NPs and PAs; ensure clinical practice standards.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to align initiatives and priorities.
• Participate in QI activities and regulatory surveys or audits.
• Manage participant care plans and coordinate across departments.
• Contribute to training and professional development for Providers.
