Job summary

Extremity Surgical is seeking a Senior Sales Representative in Gainesville, FL to drive growth for our extremity-focused portfolio. You will prospect, demo products to surgeons and staff, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records.

The role requires regular in-person hospital visits in the Gainesville/OCALA area, strong product and clinical communication, and ability to train healthcare teams. Prior leadership in sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in medical device or B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building and account-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clinical concepts and product features clearly.
• Proficiency with territory planning, pipeline management, and CRM tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with hospital settings and in-person product training.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Gainesville, FL area.
• Prior lead sales experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new accounts; drive sales growth in the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations for surgeons and clinical staff.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing; maintain forecasts and CRM records.
• Support operating room cases and provide product training to teams.
• Collaborate with pricing, logistics, and customer support on proposals and orders.
• Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers within the territory.
