Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Neurosurgical Sales Representative for Gainesville, FL. The role focuses on promoting NS products, evaluating solutions in OR and office environments, and building strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff. A strong track record in outside medical device sales and excellent communication are essential.

The position is field-based with ~20% travel. It offers a 100% commission structure with a draw, bonuses, and benefits, and requires a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage surgeons, nurses and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet customer needs and drive growth.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value of products.
• Track territory progress and report wins to Regional Manager; consistently exceed goals.
• Provide excellent service and support to customers, solving problems and ensuring proper use and maintenance of products.
