Solventum, a new healthcare company with a rich history, seeks an Acera Senior Account Executive to drive surgery-focused product sales across a defined U.S. territory.

You’ll engage surgeons and clinicians, deliver compliant demonstrations, and align with field teams to meet revenue objectives. Based in Christina, DE with remote work options, you’ll manage education, forecasting, and inventory while traveling up to 90% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, meeting revenue goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans including clinical education and account prioritization strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
• Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support with accurate forecasting and inventory management.
