Job summary

Mobia Medical seeks a Senior Customer Service Specialist for a hybrid role in Fridley, MN. You will manage orders, coordinate delivery, and resolve inquiries with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams, maintain Salesforce records, and support inventory and data analytics while traveling domestically a few times per year.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in medical device industry required.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality requirements for medical devices.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders, processing, and fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Distribution Center for shipment scheduling and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Document quality complaints per procedures and support returns.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Quality to meet customer needs.
• Travel domestically ~2–3 times/year as required.
